No shame, no hustle, no one-size-fits-all systems. Just evidence-based strategies that actually work for your brain.
If you’ve ever sat down to “finally get your life together” and twenty minutes later found yourself scrolling, spiraling, or suddenly deep into rearranging your entire bookshelf instead—same. I’ve always been the person who had 36 tabs open (mentally and in Chrome), a fresh notebook full of big ideas, and a Notes app full of plans I haven’t quite gotten around to living yet.
I spent years trying to push myself through with willpower and color-coded planners—thinking I just needed to try harder. (Narrator: She absolutely did not need to ' just try harder'.) What actually helped? Understanding my brain. Once I got diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s, everything clicked. It gave me the clarity I’d been chasing for years—and the self-compassion I didn’t know I needed.
Now, I help other high-achievers find that same kind of clarity. Together, we build ADHD-friendly routines they might actually want to stick with. My coaching style combines evidence-based psychology, supportive structure, and what my clients describe as the kind of compassionate accountability that feels like a deep breath and a strategy session rolled into one.
Like many late-diagnosed ADHDers, I spiraled into a 2am hyperfocus session that started with typing “what even is executive dysfunction?" into Google... which ended with my getting a whole ass Master’s degree in psychology in an attempt to understand my brain. (Truly—this is my Roman Empire.)
Since then, I’ve also become an ICF- and 3C-certified ADHD and executive function coach,
with specialized training in motivation, behavior change, and the evidence-based cognitive science behind neurodivergent productivity.
I even wrote my Master's thesis on it—specifically, the impact of external accountability (think: body doubling, coaching, and structured support) on productivity in adults with ADHD. Spoiler: it works.
I'm an ACC-level ICF coach with training through Lumia and 3C Activation, a member of the ACO and PAAC, and currently pursuing my ADDCA Certification, with consistent continuing education.
Look, you’re brilliant. But also… exhausted.
You’ve got color-coded goals, three abandoned planners, and a brain that insists on reorganizing your spice drawer instead of sending the email.
You’ve read the books. Downloaded the productivity templates. Told yourself this week will be different. And maybe it is—for like, two days.
You already know what you should be doing. You just can’t seem to do it.
That’s not a personal flaw. That’s executive dysfunction.
And it’s exactly what I help with.
If getting started feels impossible, time keeps disappearing, and you’re stuck in the loop of “maybe I'll get to it tomorrow” —I’ll help you
break the cycle.
With evidence-based coaching that’s backed by science (and built for real life), together we’ll create sustainable routines, actionable plans, and systems you’ll actually want to use—ones that support your goals, your energy, and the way your brain naturally works—so you can stop treading water and start moving forward.
A mentor
A COMMUNITY
A GAME PLAN
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about supporting you—through personalized 1:1 coaching, community accountability in our membership group, or mentorship to grow your own coaching practice. I’m here to help.
And although my work centers on executive function, my coaching goes beyond simple productivity hacks. I take a holistic approach to wellness—helping you create balance and fulfillment across every area of your life.
Whether you’re craving structure, community, or business
clarity—there’s a path for you below.
THE TL;DR
MY MISSION
I’m not talking about fake-it-’til-you-make-it energy. I’m talking about the kind of confidence that builds slowly—the kind that grows when you feel supported, when you’re no longer second-guessing every decision, and when your systems finally stop fighting your brain. That’s what coaching creates: space to believe in yourself again, not because someone told you to—but because you have real evidence that you can show up and follow through.
I ask a lot of questions. And I encourage my clients to do the same—especially the messy, uncomfortable, slightly-too-honest ones. Curiosity is how we grow. It’s how we unlearn shame-based productivity rules. It’s how we figure out what actually works for your brain, not just what Instagram says you should be doing. Around here, we don’t strive for perfection—we get curious about the patterns, and we build from there.
You don’t need more guilt. You don’t need another person reminding you of what you “should” be doing. You need support that meets you where you are. That’s why compassion is at the center of everything I do—because real change doesn’t happen through shame. It happens through safety, honesty, and small steps taken with a lot of grace. And yes, sometimes a little tough love (but the gentle, loving kind).
I don’t expect you to overhaul your entire life overnight—and I won’t let you expect that of yourself either. My job as a coach is to meet you where you are right now, not where you wish you were. We build slowly, sustainably, and with your real-life bandwidth in mind. And over time? Your capacity expands—because you’re no longer trying to do it all alone, and you finally have the systems and support to grow without burning out.
We don’t do surface-level here. The work is personal, and the support is too. I believe real progress comes from feeling truly seen and supported—not just handed a checklist and sent on your way. Coaching with me means showing up in relationship: to your values, to your energy, and to yourself. Because the stronger that connection gets? The easier it is to trust your process and keep going.
You can’t change what you’re not aware of. That’s why so much of my coaching is about noticing—the patterns, the narratives, the moments you go quiet or check out or try to push through. When we pay attention without judgment, things start to shift. We bring things into the light. We get curious about what’s underneath. And we begin to make decisions that actually feel aligned, not just automatic.
Working with Ashleigh feels grounding and energizing at the same time. It’s like a deep breath and a strategy session all at once—the kind of support that actually moves you forward.
